Dear sir
I have a post paid no. 9919863999 with Vodafone. I have been using this no. since jan2010. Recently due to increase in my uses i felt of increasing my credit limit so after paying the bill of mar10- apr10 cycle i deposted Rs 500/- as cash security on 16th of apr2010 for increasing the credit limit from Rs 500/- to Rs 1000/-. Mr. Himanshu who is the incharge of vodafone mini Store, lakhmipur khiri ( address- Mishra mobile store, behjam road,idgah,lakhimpur- khiri ) promised me that soon credit limit will be increases soon. I got the news that it got intered in the system on 21 apr 2010 request no 2146192308. i waited patiently for few more days but it didn't happen, worse first my outgoing call debarred then after few days incoming and outgoing both dearred due to crossing credit limit but how can i deposit the billing amount without getting the actual bill.only for this reason only i had deposited the cash in time to increase my credit limit.in the mean time i tried to contact the customer care for sorting out my problem but it yielded no resullt for me. I even send a mail to Vodafonecare.upe@vodafone.com on 09th of May 2010 but till date i didn't recieve any thing except a acknowledgement.Today i tried to lodge a complain by dialing 198 but the person( Mr Manish mishra ) who attended my call refused to lodge the complain saying that only Vodafone mini store can solve my problem and what vodafone ministore has done so far you can see. Below i am providing all the necessary details
