I am victimized by reliance communication (Reliance GSM Prepaid - Haryana) by deducting additional charges from my mobile account (8929237476) balance without intimating me about anything.
In last week of October’11 I have recharged my mobile account (8929237476) with Rs.200 and thereafter we hardly used balance of Rs.10. But I was shocked to know in last week of November that all of the balance from the a/c is exhausted. Also I am fed up with RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE, whenever I am calling on 198 they tell me that there is a software update is going on so they won’t be able to tell me the details and I should call back after few minutes. I made almost 20-25 calls call at 198 in last 20 days but their response is same and none of the Representative is behaving well, they pretend that why am I enquiring about my money and some bad persons misbehaved and used FOUL language also (NONE OF THESE REPRESENTATIVES TRANSFERRED TO THEIR SUPERVISOR).
Also earlier in many occasions without my permission they use to activate sports pack, bhagwad gita, love charms, cricket packs, caller tunes etc & deducting money every day ; although on my number DND is activated from a long period.
every time they are sending me flash messages, service messages during working, meeting & making my life hell and disturbing me in every possible way.
several times I have complaint to the customer care, but that doesn't really work....and the problems continues.
now I have some questions about all above scenario.
1. What is use of registering and activating of do not disturb service on my number if the services are automatically activating on my number without receiving my request or prior permission?
actually none of the service has to activate on my mobile number till I request to start any.
2. Why I am still receiving the service messages from reliance containing offer special service packs?
3. Why Reliance is making customer STUPID and think that everyone sits workless messing daily with customer care to launch complaints?
I hope you will understand my problem and give appropriate solution for this, and if needed forward this complaint to file case against reliance communication and give me harassment charges and fees required to file a case from reliance communication.
