On 24th december 2011 I get a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that rs. 86 from my phone have been deducted for Style divas app. Since then I have called customer care and mailed nodal office and appellate authority about the issue but they would just simply defend themselves saying the deduction was right as you were using internet at that time. But I use internet 24*7, this doesn't justify my deduction. Obviously this has happened with me before, but I never understood on what basis was my balance cut. Then some days later I learnt that Tata Docomo was immorally sending me "Try high rated apps for free" notifications even when my DND is activated and even if I pushed "no" button some site still opened followed by some deduction message. Ironically deduction was only based on how much balance you have. If you have 100 rs balance deduction was more likely to be around 98-99. If you have rs 2 as balance it would be just a rupee. Since the time first deduction was made I have lost Rs 112 in unethical deduction from Tata Docomo. It seems like customer representatives too are informed not to clarify on this deduction when asked for.
Its over the head now. I want full refund of rs. 112 or I will be forced to start looking for other networks and port out to them. If there is no action taken immediately I will definitely port out.
