I recharged my Idea No. 9088931918 with Rs. 110 & Rs. 98 at 7:25PM and 7:32PM on 01.11.2011 and I just surf the net for about 10 minutes (two times) to check whether the internet pack has been activated or not at that time they showed me balance Rs.55.42 and again I checked the balance after 5 seconds they showed me balance Rs.20.42. For that 10 minutes they charged me about Rs.80-90 and after contacting to customer care they just arrogantly answered me that you have used net for that the deduction has been made, I asked that tell me the peroid or KB of usage so that the deduction can be calculated but they didnt told me and told me that we can't see the data uses and cut the call. In the next morning I contacted to 198 there also they sung the same song and cut the phone as usual. Now, my question is same what I asked to them that can any body charged Rs. 80-90 for 10 minutes of net usage that also in 2G not in 3G.
I am waiting for fruitful reply and action from your side.
