Respected Sir/Madam
I am using Airtel mobile 9928496212 since Oct 2006, but on 28 May 2010 my number has been disconnected through Airtel and when i inquire about this in customer care they told me that i have not submit my necessary document as Id proof at the time of receiving this number but i did submit a copy of my passport at the time of receiving this number, even i am ready to submit in once again if company require but they say that i have to purchase new SIM because this number can not be reactive. I wanted to know if company say that my document was incomplete then how they gave me liberty to use Airtel number for 3.5 years.
Due to this i am facing lots of problem to communicate with my client and friends. I have also mail my this complaint Manager of Airtel with a Scan copy of passport as ID proof for re-activation my number. But no one has solved my complaint till now.
Please help me out.
