i have registered for DND in Nov 2011 and till date i receive lots of sms from RM651234 about ad promotions to my number. DOES RELIANCE UNDER STAND THE MEANING OF DND. i called the customer care several times and they say we will take your request and from tomorrow you will not receive a single sms about ad's.when i asked to transfer call to manager , they say we cant have you to talk to manager nor can they compensate me for their wrong doing.Till date,EVERYDAY i receive about 10 sms every day which is very annoying. i guess reliance does this on purpose to annoy prepaid customers who has registered for DND so that they will switch to postpaid , thus generating more revenue. This is no way to do business. RELIANCE SHOULD BE PENALISED for their mistake or they should pay compensation to customers who face this problem.
