Bitches and Bastard of Bharti Airtel,
I really don’t know by what elements ****ing employees of Bharti Airtel are made off.
Tired and sick.
You idiots are not vigorous to your commitment.
It’s been many time I uncovered the quality of Bharti Airtel services through mail but still no changes is been done.
Detail of my current problem is mentioned below:
My Airtel connection number is 9945969917. I failed to make the payment for the bill period of 02 July 2011 to 01 August 2011. My incoming and outgoing was barred completely.
Twice I received mail from Corporate.CollectionsKK@in.airtel.com regarding payment for the above number. The worst part of the mail is that mailer didn’t mention his/her name in the footer. How will I come to know, with whom should I interact to solve the problem?
Moreover two ladies by name Puja/Shruthi was interacting with me. After negotiating with them, we finalize the amount of Rs. 2484/- (two thousand four hundred and eighty only) with my number activation.
Before paying, I demanded these ladies to give me commitment in mail that my number will be activated once I pay the said amount.
25 November 2011 I received a mail from Corporate.CollectionsKK@in.airtel.com stating, revert back to us for activating the number within 7 working days after making the payment. (Mail copy is been pasted below for your reference).
Since then no one received my call and no one replied my mail. Thrice I mailed to Corporate.CollectionsKK@in.airtel.com addressing Puja/Shruthi to activate my number.
Shruthi/Puja contact number is 9900518627.
After this incident, nothing wrong if I call them BITCHES because they ditched me by giving wrong commitment for activating my number and screwed my happiness. They even failed to call me back till now.
Today is 02 January 2011 and still my number is not activated. If I pay even after one day after due date, I will be charged interest and late fees charges without fail.
Now it’s been more than a month, my number is not activated despite after paying.
Dealing with Bharti Airtel is ridiculous. Bharti Airtel employees is been well trained to cheat customer and make money by hook or crook.
Today 02 Jan 2011 between 1.40pm to 2pm I called to customer care number from 9900069040 and spoke to one more moron by name Madhu Kesh. Middle of the conversation he hanged the call.
Hanging call while interacting and server down has just become a common reason for Bharti Airtel employee to give excuses.
Completely tired and fed up.
I had used all shit languages in my previous mail and I am tired.
Just I want to know by when my number will get activate.
