Dear Sir,
My reliance CDMA No is recharged with Rs. 599 on 21.12.2011 at 9.20AM. As per this special tariff R2R 1800 Minutes and daily R2O 30 Minutes, and validity 30 days.
But at 21.12.2011 night I called customer care for balance Free minutes and come to know Balance minute is only 102. I calculate my call duration is only 98 minutes R2R. How can it be possible 1698 minute will expend ?
Customer care are not ready to take any complaint for the same.
