I am constrained to bring to your direct notice about a vodafone connection (Kolkata: 98361 18484) since I feel that any correct decision can be taken only by you or by your intervention. vodafone, Kolkata office has ultimately refused to help me out and they have shrugged their responsibilities/duty by saying “sorry” at their negligence that has driven me to a tremendous financial loss. On my dissatisfaction, I had indicated them to discontinue my relationship with VF and also seek legal help. They have welcomed this suggestion and have directed me to take whatever call I wish to. This has led me to really think about this relationship. I seek your opinion and request me to enlighten me on the issue. The facts of the case is as below:
I registered for caller tune and voice messgae on 2nd july 2010. One Ms Mohar Mukherjee assured that the same would be activated and the callers shall be able to hear the message in my own voice when my mobile would be switched off. I was leaving for USA for 4 weeks and had set a message. I regret to state that the service was not activated and the callers didnt get my message as recorded. This was least expected from Vodafone. I had requested time and again that I was travelling out of country and shall not be accessible thus my service be activated without fail. But they gave only false assurances about activation of service within 2 hrs. Unfortunately it was never done. I am into the business of financial service and trade in equity and the telephone/mobile phone is the main instrument to remain connected with the world. You can understand the amount of financial loss I had to incur with in this period. In view of the above, I have requested VF, Kolkata to at least extend their gesture by which I am motivated to continue with the relationship. I had requested VF to just waive off only 12 months charges/rent (@ Rs. 449 p.m) that would only be an incentive to be connected with Vodafone. But the request was trashed and I am left in vein. May I request you to pls take up this matter to Vodafone and get me justice. Looking forward to a positive reply. Regards Sanjeev Daruka |

dear sir,
i have purchased two sim card no.8017731349 & 8017731350 for my office and home use. first you have barred my number for the reason ' document is not sufficient'. i visisted your kalighat mini stores on 11-01-2011 and submit the credentials desired by your official. they have assured me to regularise your mobile service latest by 24 hours or 48 hours. since more than 48 hours have elapsed my mobile is still inactive.in the meanwhile i have contacted your customer care three times, but my all efforts go invain. i am very disappointed by your casual approach. i am wandering from pillar to post. i request you to reply me who is the right person to whom i pray for my connection. regards, manoj kumar |
