HI, my name is Biresh Kumar,
I have connection of Idea prepaid.....my mobile no.....is 9540748072. On 1st January they cut Rs. 50:00 from my account. When i called customer
care they did not pick my call. I used to try to contact from customer care but they did not attend my call whole day. on the 2nd January i went
out of station so could not call them. When i called on 4th jan they told me that You activated idea music service. But i did not activate it. On 31 December till 12.00 pm my balance was Rs. 61.00 and when i checked on the 1st January in the morning it was 11.00. Today one of one of his executive told me that you should have to complained within 3 days, but u did not do so, therefore your balance will not be refunded.

They have also done like this three times before, and when i complained they refunded my balance.

so please take an action against it.
