I have been using an Idea pre-paid number so far, but recently i converted it to a postpaid number. It took them more than a month to activate my number, i dont know what reasons they took this long. Every second day i was assured that my number will be activated by 4:00 pm which never happened. Somehow i was successful in getting my number activated and then another issue came forward they blocked my outgoing as my credit limit exceeded, i was on roaming and i asked my friend to clear the bills so that i can access my phone during roaming. till date my outgoing are blocked despite of that i have cleared all my bills on 7th dec 2011, the employees in the Idea are clueless they are not able to activate my outgoing even after clearing all my dues in Idea. The customer care is also hopeless as even they are not able to help me out, i have registered my complaint thrice in the company and till date they dont have an answer to my complaints, they just pass on complaint reference number, there's no one to follow up for my complaints, but they do keep a good follow up for selling a post-paid connection.. every employee at the nearest idea retail counter knows me and they say " kya sir aapka phone abhi tak chalu nahi hua..?? hahahaha...!! They are the most unprofessional mobile service provider and i am highly dissapointed with the kind of service the company provides to it's customers..
