I am attaching the copy of email that I have sent to Idea regarding my grievance.

Dear Customer Care,

My number is 9822513748.
I am seeing from past few months balance is getting deducted from my number without any reason.
I called customer care on 12345 and had a talk with Pratiksha. She told me that I have subscribed to cricket updates and thus money is getting deducted since 22 Jul 2011.
I have not subscribed to any of these promotional offers and nor I am interested.
When I took the connection Nov 2010 I was promised all my local and national calls will be @50p/min.
Now I have seen it has got increased to 60p/min without any prior intimation or my consent.
Generally I keep a moderate high balance and I dont bother to check how much is getting deducted per call.
I am very dissatisfied with your sudden change in policies.
Please forward me a log details of how much balance is debited from my number towards the promotional calls/updates (whichever you people call).
Noteworthy to say I have still not yet lodged any official complaint againt IDEA cellular.
Dont compel me to do that.
I want all my balance debited towards promotional offers / updates to be credited back by today.

Note: I already have subscribed for DND but still I get bullshit calls everyday regarding caller tunes/craps. Please stop it right now.
