Dear sir ,

I am idea post paid customer , my number is 9847689916 , my december bill is rupees 1213 , i went to idea show room after 26 days from connection date and i asked them to deactivate my idea connection , i was ready to pay full bill amount , they refused my request and they told me to come after 30 days , i went to idea show room after 35 days and i asked them to deactivate my sim card , i was ready to pay full bill amount , they are telling i can't deactivate sim card within 3 months , i told them that i never gonna pay their bill amount , if they are ready to deactivate my idea connection , i am ready to pay due , how can i deactivate my idea connection

Hi My name is Raju chatterji And i am using idea's postpaid connection 9911222337, i took it 1 month ago , Sir i have logged my complant on 10th december against my high roming charges they didnot solve my complant when i called them they said we will do your adustment on next bill but they didn't adjust it yet , know they are saying we will do in next month n also mailed to bibhaw.tewari@idea.adityebirla.com i am fed to call them again n again .please solve my issue
