This Ashok Kumar Reddy.P.V took idea postpaid connection by paying Rs.500 as advance and it has got disconnected due to some error in address proof, they told that idea will refund your Advance money within 40 days ,it had completed 5 months ,yet i didn't get my advance money back and no response even am calling to safilguda idea office,Hyderabad.
please try to take action in this regard.
