There has been unusual deductions from my prepaid account.
I have tried to contact the customer care via 198 contact number, but all my attempts have gone vain, have recorded those attempts as a proof.
I have mailed idea on Nov 17, and i received an auto generated mail which assures me of a solution to my problem within two working days, but I have not received any reply from Idea or any solution to my problem till today 27 Nov 2011.
I contacted Idea centre and they took a complaint online and gave me the complaint number- 1-19734811123, but there as still not been any update on my problem.

The Idea centre shop -the one in chamrajpet Bangalore, I visited on 20 November 2011 said they do not have any records of any deductions or what so ever in my account for the past fifteen days. Whereas I have been using my number to make calls every day for more than a year.

I have not posted my mobile number
