This is with reference to the [B]Apple iPad-1 that I had bought from the iStore at DLF Place Saket,New Delhi in February,2011Within 2 months of my purchase I had [B]display issues & it would hang frequently , I submitted the iPad to the iStore, they replaced it with a new iPad
But my grief doesn't end here, immediately within a week the internet doesn;t work in the replaced iPad
Again returned it to the iStore at Saket, they too tried for 45 mins and the internet failed to work and yes the problem was NOTwith my service provider as I had checked with them

They took it in for service again, I had to every day check with the service centre i.e. 'AVTECH Digital Equipments (P) Ltd, Greenpark the status and more importantly the "Reason" for the trouble

The service support team failed to give me a concrete answer
It had been 15 days that my iPad had been with the service centre and I couldn't see much progress, frustrated with the situation I called the Apple Toll Free number and complained
After 3 days, I had to call to take an update and I was told that they will give me a new iPad 1 again

My misery is not over yet, in November again, I noticed 2 dead pixels on my iPad
Again i had to submit it to the istore, haven't got it back yet!

I want to highlight my problems:

1) The gadget is flawed- needless to say that the gadget is flawed, else i would'nt have to submit it for servicing THRICE!
2)Apple service: The staff at the iStore are ignorant and drive their clients away instead of solving their problems
3)Not once have i been updated on the status of my gadget, i have to go back and forth juggling calls between the store , servoce centre and the calling the apple toll free
4) The service staff doesn't even know the Apple global customer care/complaint email-id
5) So basically the customer wastes money on a flawed gadget, then gets harassed further dealing with service staff etc and the problem is still not solved
6) To my dismay I even called the Apple Global service helpline, and the support team conveniently said that they cannot do anything becasuse in India Apple does not operate directly but through RESELLERS

Am disappointed, and wan't to escalate this further, please advise/help
