    Default Inadequate redressal of complaints by Nokia

    I am currently using a Nokia N8 handset which auto-restarts several times. It is particularly annoying when i am on an important call. My phone has apparently been repaired 2 times already and each time Nokia has claimed that i wont face the problem again. But it continues to persist. I have asked Nokia for a handset replacement but they have not addressed my request. Is it fair that i waste time and energy every 15 days running for repairs of this phone? And each time i give my phone for repair it is gone for 7 days....
