I have reported to reliance customer care from my mobile no 9541434370 for deduction of balance from my account and they provided me the SRN 168501862 and said that resolution will get solve within 2 days but after today they again give me another SRN 168690009 and said balance will be revert back to me within next three days. Now this has been creating lot of problem for me since they are causing immense problem to me financialy.

Secondly, I have one more no on my sister's name that is 9017819944 and due to negligence they have registered someone else's surname with that and says that this no is not her name. I have confirmed address and date of birth but they are not supporting me at all. Moreover, on 22nd dec i have also reported for reduction of 70 rupees from this no. and till now i have not got any refund and they have barred 198 calling from this no. The service request no provided by them is 168502470 and for this no as well they says that SRN has been processed.

Further, if they are not gonna refund my balance with reasonable time, i am gonna sue them is court.

The service provided by Reliance Customer Care executives are very poor, they don't even know how to attend a customer. Actually all of them are sick. My suggestion for them is go and attend some classes on CCE.
