Hi,
I have Nokia 5800 Xpress music and I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection and prepaid gprs in it. When I browse internet using Opera Mini, I will get message from Airtel saying that "1900 mb is left and June 10th is last date". I contacted Airtel to get rid of this message. But they said that, "this is not related to their network. There is a problem in your handset."
Airtel Complaint number: 0522238486
Same message I will get if I use GPS also.
Problem with this message is, when I use GPS, this message will be appear on display and I cannot see map until I press "OK" and this message will come for every 5min. It is very difficult to press OK when I drive.
I started topic in Nokia Forum (link given below). They said they are helpless in this regards. I contacted in Nokia Service Center. They also told the same.

I checked by changing my sim card to another Nokia 5800. There I didn't get any message.
There should be some settings in phone to disable it with service provider support.
If both raise their hands, who will support consumer?
Regards,
Ignatius.
