Dear Sir,

I procured two Docomo postpaid sims in the month of June 2011 with a 199 plan.

I discovered that the signal reception was very bad when I was travelling or in another city and subsequently faced a number of other serious isues like highly inflated bills.

I have maintained full email records of the following and will be happy to submit the same to any concerned authority.

Soon after, I recieved an inflated bill of over Rs.2000/- for the month of september 2011.

The customer support and call certers were either unreachable most of the time or not responsive to my complaints

I decided to terminate the service and tried contacting customer support to no avail

Docomo agents came to my residence to collect against the inflated bill and I paid under protest, again requesting termination of the service.

Soon after I was contacted by a Docomo personell who requested me not to terminate the service, admitting that my bills were erroneous and would be adjusted agains future bills. This may be verified by tracing Docomos calls to my (Airtel) number.

To be on the safe side, however, I removed both the sims from all instruments and sent a mail to the nodal officer and the appelate to terminate the service.

To date I continue reciving inflated bills (all in excess of Rs.2000/- although both the SIMs are removed !)

Repeated requests from me to terminste services and furnish detailed bills with the numbers Docomo claims I have called, have ony resulted in a statement claiming that I have been billed correctly - without prviding any calling details.

Docomo collection agents continue to come to my residence to collect payment often harrasing and intimidating my aged parents.

As such I am totally frustrated and wish to file a harrasment and intimidation case against DOCOMO
