I have tired to visit Airtel showroom again n again. Please somebody do something.
I have port my service provider from Idea to Airtel last month. Till I am not able to use the service. Operators of Airtel called me a lot of time in the timing of selling the postpaid service and very cleverly they convened me to get the postpaid connection through portability.
After that I have cleared all document as they required and after 3 week I got the connection for 7 days only because after 7 days Airtel again stop the outgoing service. When I called in CCE of Airtel they said that I have problem in my Documents and after 5 days they suspended my service and my SIM is showing Invalid after that.
CCE asked me to go to near showroom of Airtel and submit document again. I did visit Airtel showroom on 22nd Oct.,11 and submitted all document and filled all form which required and asked by CCE.
Still I am suffering same problem and when today (1st Nov.,11) I called to CCE again they asked me to visit the showroom and submit the document again .
I have told them a lot of time that I am facing a big problem as my this number link with all bank account and I am not able to make any transaction which is very necessary to me.
I just want to ask one-thing that if the CCE do not know anything then why they are sitting over there and wasting our time. I am working and do not have that much time to entertain any company whatever it can be.
Hope I am writing my pain in a right solution.
