Dear Sir/Madam,

On 20th Jan 2012 I recharged my loop mobile number 9821940240 with Rs 222 for talktime & Rs 96 for WAP. After using WAP for hardly 3days for just 3.7 MB all my balance was drained off. After calling customer care their Executive told me that there was no any recharge for WAP of Rs 96 though I have Transaction ID for the same they refused to do anything. Rather they were saying that their computer is showing recharge of Rs 21 instead of Rs 96.

Now please help me out to solve the above stated problem which I am facing.
