respected sir/madam,

my name is deepak singh and my mobile number is 8082008074.my account
balance was automatically get deducted.
at 7 feb 2012 my account balance was 45 rs. and at today(8th feb 2012)
afternoon i checked my balance it showed 2 rs.
i called loop mobile customer care number(198) at 8.00 PM one guy
picked up my phone and not providing proper information.
that guy told me 4 different different name on one call and he hold my
line about 18 min and directly disconnected my line without
informing me.but actually he didnt holding my line he just kept me
mute.he doesnt answered me properly.his language was so chip.
he told me 4 names as mentioned.rehan khan,rehan shaikh,imran khan and
imran shaikh.
on second call mr. pravin was picked my call hai when i am telling him
everything he rudly told me "tell me your problem directly dont tell
me about previus
call".when i told him to transfer this call to your TL aur manager he
disconnected my call without informing me.he was rude on call.
on third call mr. rajesh picked up my call and again he disconnected
my call without informing.
i dont no what service you are providing.what type of customer service
representive you are apointing.i was shocked when i talk to your CSR.
they are rude on call and not providing proper informatin and telling
lie everytime.
kindly do the needful.i want strict action against this complaint.and
i want every action in wriitten mail.
if you are not giving me proper answer than i have to go to consumer court.
and tell me your branch address and details.
