My cell was not getting charged and for the same I submitted my cell in the care center on 2nd October 2011. The care personnel said it is a problem in IC and so it will be send to head office and the same would be resolved and will be returned in maximum time of one month.
On 7th November when I contacted they said it will take more 20 days for the problem to be resolved.
They have not provided me with a stand by mobile and due to same I am suffering losses in my Business.
Please help me with the same.
