I have purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile on 27th july from planet M , Ludhiana. AT the time of purchase , I did not buy the memory card . I purchased a memory card yesterday , but the phone could not read it . The store guy asked me to contact the service center at Pearl Palace , Ludhiana. The person their told me that there is water in ur mobile so not covered under warranty. When I told them that the other functions are working and how can water be in only memory card slot , I am sorry to say but the 18 - 20 yr old girl manning the counter misbehaved badly and they refused to repair the phone. Dear sir , I shifted from Nokia to ur phone thinking that it is an indian company and should be good enough , but please note that ur products are good but the service is extremely poor . Kindly advise the course of action I shall undertake to sort out this issue
