sir i am customer of tata indicom telecommunication and from last four days i am asking to the customer care executive that what is my call rates for the STD because my call rate for the STD was very high due to this I was paying so much amout for 1 minutes, but instead of telling me the call rates they ask me speak their senior. After transfering the call to their senior they did not entertained me for long time daily, and continuously i used to pay my extra money for STD calls because it is mandatory to call to my relative. sir they have misguide me for 3 days and due to this i have to pay lots of money. After 3 days they tell me the reason for the same. Please take the necessary action against them its a humble request.
