Hi ,
I am Virendra , i have requested for MNP to Airtel but after 1 week i got a meesage that your request is rejected . when i talk to customer care executive they are just putting my call on hold and after some time it is automatically ends. after calling again and again i am having different reasons from different customer care executive and when i talk to manager he told me that one of there executive called me up for the confirmation of MNP and at that time i have accepted the offer that they been given to me but in reality i didn't got a single call regarding the confirmation from AIRTEL. and i am fed up by calling again and again to call center. I just want to take an ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL.
