Dear Sir,

I have purchased one mobile handset sony ericsson Xperia arc from The mobile store, nehru place, delhi branch on 24.10.2011 & my invoice no is Invoice No: 13710/4371155

They have told me that I will get one 10gm silver coin on purchase of this handset & they will courier it to my address. After that after every 15 days they have called and take my address but never sent that coin & whenever I called the customer care, they told that they have courier it within two days but actually they didn't.

I have also mailed them but no fruitful result has come out.

So, I request you to please take up the matter.

I also request other members to refrain from buying anything from "The Mobile Store".They are basically cheaters.
