This is Ramachandra Reddy.I want to share my experience about the problem that i faced with Idea voice chat.

Nearly three months before i got a message that some 20 Rs has been deducted from my account for Idea voice chat.

I didnt properly noticed and recharged .Again same message came like "Your subscription to IDEA VOICE CHAT MONTHLY will renew in three daysfor Rs 30.To deact dial 155223".

I called this no and deactivated.But Money deduction didnt stop.I called customer care executive and he told me that it will be deactivated within 11 hours.

one message saying "your request no1-20306487362 has been resolved" came

But it has not happened yet and money deduction is still happening.Nearly 200 Rs has been deducted till now.

So concerned people please look into this matter.
