Hi,
I have purchased a new smartfone and got MBLAZE along with it for just Rs. 90/-
The MTS representative who sold this to me on the mobile shop (One Mr.Rajesh - Mob: 9036687961 assured that the connection will be activated in maximum 2 days as I have submitted all required documents and photograph at the same time. This was on 26/11/2011 and I have done atleast 6 fololow up calls begging to activate this. I have now talked to MTS helpline as well who raised a ticket for this complaint already. The helpdesk person(Nasreen on 9141955955) says verification is completed and the representative need to complete a few process from his side but the representative blames the MTS backoffice team.
I dont know what to do now as the MBLAZE device is totally useless for me now. If a new customer facing such issues, how will MTS treat a customer post activation.
