i am user of reliance since last 5 years and had no complaint regarding service provided by the company and the service was so good that i too had inspired my friends to use reliance.but from the last week as i nhad activated 299 free plan..the plan became a headache for me..you can understand my situation that i had to registermy complain online.what the hell can be worst than this.as i call to any number there occurs a problem of call could not be completed please try again and thats why i am unable to call to any number and when i call to the customer care there is no response to the complaimt.now you tell me what can i do??either you help me or i can leave all my touchy reliance number like 9305044925, 9369015158, 9389696627 as i cant tolerate this more and i just want to get rid of it... thanks.hoping for positive and appropriate action from your part................
