No Refund my secureity fees

dear sir,
we iform to office again to again, but no any responsible reply. my secureity fees of std pco Rs-5000/ no refund from 6 months. i am poor man and a scienear cittizen about 85 years. no any my healper in my house. I wants that my secureity with my interest & my others spend pay .............
