    Default Nokia 5800 service

I prchased my Nokia 5800 XM about two years back.
I paid approx. Rs 565 to nokia for this extended warranty offer they had to make my warranty period equal to 2 yrs.
In this period,i must have given my phone to nokia atleast 4-5 times for service.
Every time i gave my phone to nokia they took 3 days to ****yze a problem.
Then they would take another 10-15 days to solve the problem.
In these two years if we see nokia had my phone for atleast 3 months.
Just recently, somewhere around 12th november I was updating my software version online at my house through nokia's official Ovi Suite. For some reason my cell went dead.
I went to nokia immediately for a reply.
They took 3 days to ****yze the problem and then without my consent they sent the phone to Noida or something they mentioned as their work station.
I went to nokia almost every alternate day for a reply but i got none.
Finally around 25th november i was told by their company official that my phone was out of warranty because my slider lock/unlock key was damaged.
Talking about which,i had given my phone to nokia for repair. When i got it back from nokia,my slider key was damaged.
I didn't think much about it at that time and chose to let go of it.
So it was Nokia that spoilt my lock key.I let that matter go at that and then it was Nokia that gave me my damaged lock/unlock key as a reason for my cell to be out of warranty?
I'll tell you what nokia did, they could not resolve my dead phone problem (which was clearly a software & display problem and any of the local mechanics could solve for Rs 1000 - Rs 1500) as by December 2011 nokia had already stopped the production of nokia 5800 and its spares.
Plus considering my phone was 2 yrs old they did not want to give me any equivalent replacement either,
I even told the Nokia Care people that you tell me the amount you guys are ready to shell out on a replacement of this phone. If i want a better phone ill add the additional money requiered. It was an open and shut case.
When Nokia does not include the lock/unlock key in the warranty then how can it give something it does not include in its warranty as a cause for the warranty to be declared null and void?
Software issues are never related to Hardware issues.
Also,I would like to mention another thing here, when i showed my Nokia 5800 to a local mechanic (after the expiry of my 2 yrs warranty period) he told me that the slider lock/unlock key slider was missing from my phone and to the best of my knowledge no one but Nokia care opened my phone.
So its only obvious that they in simpler words lost/stole my slider key when i showed it to them for repair.
I need you to help me out.I loved my Nokia 5800 but Nokia has always disappointed me when it comes to service.
I should not only get some compensation for my phone but i should also get some compensation for the amount of time i spent without a cellphone (for nokia care people never had a standby available) and the trouble i have undergone repairing my phone outside which should have been done by nokia and the expenses i bore while doing the same.
Also, lastly the problem with my phone,of it going dead was a repeat job.
It had happened before also in the same piece and given at the very same Nokia Care.
Thank you for being so patient and listening to me and hoping you will take strict action soon.
    IMEI no. 358247/03/768174/4
    Model - 5800d-1
    End of warranty date - 12th november,2011.
    Thanking you,
    Yours sincerely,
    Siddharth Dhumavat.
