I Got a gift from one of my family friend 2 months back.. It was a Nokia X2-01.. I am a nokia user since last 7 years... My family uses nokia ONLY... But this nokia X2-01 has given me a lot of pain as it used to get hung while using from the day i started using it...
However I still continued to use it.. But from last 2 weeks it used to get switched off automatically and now finally my cell has gone dead...

After this I took my cell to Nokia Care, it was in dead condition.. They firstly said that my cell was not in warranty cos there was some liquid on main board and some scratches.. I found that they were telling the same thing to almost everyone and charging them... I agreed to pay but After that they kept it for 2 days and finally told me that its IR-REPAIRABLE...

I have no damn idea wat happened to my cell, how they found liquid and scratches ona brand new cell when i never opened my cell.. Even People from Nokia care centre failed to understand what exactly happened to my cell... This was the worst service provided by Nokia ever.. I logged a complaint but the customer care of nokia were also least bothered about my complaint and they simply said that nothing can be done...

I just wanted to escalate this complaint a little further..
