i purchased nokia lumia 710 on 21-dec-2011 and after some problem arise in this phone and i submitted this phone to nokia care on 27-dec-2011 and says to replace a this phone
problem are -

1. group message are not send
2. MMS are not send
3. yellowish background instead of white
4. hanging problem
5. call ending problem

but they are telling that windows 7.5(in lumia 710) is not updated so this types of error arise and agreed me so i recieve old phone from nokia care on 31-dec-2011,

After 2 days using phone call ending problem aries and i submitted this phone on 03-01-2012 and still they don't give my phone.
