Default Online Net Banking Recharge Related
Hi,
I am rizwan having a savings bank a/c from ICICI BANK bhopal. on 31/07/2010 I recharged my cell phone (IDEA CELLULAR - PREPAID MOBILE). But the balance has been debited against my icici bank account & I still haven't got the recharge amount in my cell number. Neither bank nor IDEA cellular is going to take the ownership & refund my amount. Can anybody help.
