I am migrated from idea pre paid to idea post paid, i was told that once pre paid Sim is unserviceable then my new post post Sim will work, but as up today it is not working it is giving me sim card registration failed, if i call idea customer service they say no idea why is my sim not working, this is worst service from idea, due to this my business is stopped and i am in loss of 20000 rupees, want to claim it from idea. all idea service is bull shit, government should ban this at least in India, this is been 5th i am waiting for my connection but still all the customer service people are passing the buck by saying this is technical issue, my details are as below.
