Hi,

I have recently moved to Vodafone under mobile portability however am upset with a kind of treatment I have been getting from vodafone customer service /nodal officer.

My outgoing was bared and upon calling Vodafone customer service I was informed that it was barred due to negative verification. I was really shocked!! As I myself had a talk with the representative who visited my house over the phone. I was asked to contact the nearest vodafone store and resubmit my address proof...Which I did and was given 72 hrs of turnaround. Which did not happen??? I ended up calling nodal office. and GOT THE MOST PATHETIC service from the NODAL OFFICER ms Rachan Sharma. She informed me to ensure my physical presence during the verification ( as per her my second verification also went negative as I was not Physically present at home). I took a leave on Nov 18th to ensure my presence suring the verification and Ms Rachan also called up on Nov 17th evening to re confirm. HOWEVER NOONE TURNED UP FROM VODAFONE!!!! UPON CONACTING THIER NODAL OFFICE AFGAIN I WAS INFORMED THAT MY VEICATION HAS BEE NNEGATIVE AND THEY WOULDNOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE MY SERVICES!!!!!

MY QUESTION IS - NO LAW SAY THAT THE Person NEEDS TO BE PHYISCALLY PRESNENT DURING THE VERIFICATION AND IF THATS THE CASE WHY DID VODAFOE NOT STICK TO THIER PROMISES AND DID NOT SEND ANY ONE FOR VERIFICATION WHEN I WAS PROMIED.

2. AS per MS. SHARMA....their verification team has reported that As I AM MARRIED SO I NO LONGER LIVE AT MY parents House i.e. AT THE ADDRESS I HAVE MENTIONED...WELL LET ME TELL YOU ......I HAVE ALL THE ADDRESS PROOF(s) FOR MY HOUSE .....AND WHICH LAW SAYS THAT I CANNOT MENTION MY PARENTS ADDRESS POST WEDDING. AND IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY WAS I PROMISED A RE VERIFICATION???

WHY WAS I INFIORMED THAT re verification will be don in next 72 hrs??? WHY DID MS RACHAN CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO BE PRESENT ON THE ADDRESS MENTIONED BY ME???????

NO LAW SAYS THAT THE GIRL CANNOT PROVIDE HER PARENTS ADDRESS ONCE SHE IS MARRIED??? vodafone cares LEAST about the customers. giving false promises. They ignore the problem. They reply rudely. They behave as if they are doing some kind of " ehsaan" on customers.
