I had purchased a Samsung Mobile(Model no. GT-S3500I) from HOTSPOT Model Town on 28-1-2010. In the Month of July the Display of the Mobile went bad. I submitted the handset for repair to a Samsung Authorized Service center(Aditya Infocom pvt. ltd.,Deep Market Ashok Vihar). I was promised that the handset will be repaired in 1-2 weeks time.

1.5 Months have passed since and I am yet to get my handset back. Frequent visits and numerous phone calls have been of no use. Everytime I am told that a certain part has not arrived and it will take 1 more week to get the job done. I am tired of their false promises and need help in getting my handset back.
