I am using rcom mob no 8591405992. On 12 Jan 12 I came to know through reliance IVR no 151515 that offer for me is avl if I recharge with Rs 105 I will get full talk time, I recharged my mobile with Rs 105 on 12 Jan 12. I was surprised that i did not get any balance I called to customer care he told that service up gradation is on in system . customer care facility was blocked on my no. I wrote a mail to them but no satisfactory answer was given. I tried many times to customer care from another mobile even on there paid no but the answer was same that system up gradation is going on. I have been fade up with there service. My connection is less than 90 days and I can not avail MNP plz suggest me what should I do.
