The postpaid coorpate plan Rs100/- (include 500 minutes to any other mobile and 200 messages free ) has been changed without any intimation and according to TRAI regulations .The plan cannot be changed without any prior intimation to the customer.You are requested to restore my orginal plan .Customer care didn't provide me any solutions for the above siad problem. Hoping for a positive response .
