I have reilance pre paid sim connection which was bought 3 years back from the day one I am having one or the other problem , they eaten almost Rs. 800 of currency without any valid reasons, finally I decided to go for MNP, to send an SMS I had spend Rs 40/- after that I get message stating MNP is not launched in your area( it belongs to Bangalore no 9019958346) according to RIM bangalore is not in India or TRAI regulation will not aqpply to them , I am trying from Dec 4, to till date , sevral mails have been sent, but for all these Then will ask customer feed back which no body had ever called, but prompt SMS will come, by different name, it only bunch of lairs, cheater, robbers, goondas, and all possible idiots are in relaince, they do not understand simple english, yet they claim world class service, kindly can any one help to get rid off RIM to some other service provider, let my MNP take in to action
