When I asked for a request for purchase of reliance 3g usb through Welcome to Reliance Communications I was called by Noida based agency named Vriti Interactive for the purchase. I have purchased the Reliance 3g 7.2 MBPS USB dongle through Vriti Infocom.

Also I have not received my Reliance number or customer ID no. for further communications reference.

The speed is not going up more than 80 kbps though was assured of getting speed of 7.2 Mbps.

The person who contacted me from Vriti Infocom was Mr. Chandresh Pande, email id:-chandresh.pande@vriti-interactive.com.

Vriti Interactive is not responding to my calls. Their customer care no is:-+911204528900.

When I asked reliance customer care, they refused to answer on the same.

My product ID was 7041.
