I had applied for permanent termination of Reliance Broadband Combo services on 25th September 2011 of Reliance Communications.

After a couple of initial email exchanges, where I had to complete and provide my authenticity, I received the following email on 30th September 2011, from the Reliance Broadband Customer Care.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Reliance Broadband Customer Care.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding "Collection Of Instrument". Kindly note that as checked in the system your services has been cancelled on 25-09-2011.

Further, to inform you that your instrument will be collected within 15 days from the date of cancellation.

Regards,

But, after that they are billing me till 17th October 2011, inspite of the termination of services on 25th September 2011, as provided by their own Customer Care representative. Since then, I've emailed them atleast 10 times on broadband@relianceada.com to resolve the issue and send me a revised bill, but to no avail.

On top of that, their representatives keep calling, each time a different one, and they refuse to resolve the issue. Even today I requested them to resolve the issue. But they simply refuse to do it, and keeps on harassing me with same story again and again.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is facing this sort of issue. So, I think this is very necessary step which should be carried out in public interest, and put into the notice of the people in higher authority.

I'm really tired of this, and want to file a legal case of harassment and negligence on them. How should I approach?
