Hi i am zuhaib,
i have a Raliance cdma prepaid no. 9350706414
since last few months i am using Reliance simply unlimited 599 plan where usage plan plan R-R Free
Others- 30 min in a day
when i renew my plan this month on 1st of december via Reliance official online recharge services site http://myservices.relianceada.com/. to and i got the same plan 599/-
but today when i realized that my balance is deduting on making calls to reliance nos. i called costumer care on 198 the person mr. sunil has told that due to system updation i cannot solve your problem.
but He gave me a shocking news that the Plan has been change on 22nd of november 2011 but it was very shocking and funny too that there was not any information on their official website about the plan change where i got recharged....
than i requested him to update my plan by charging me 200 more as he told.
but he did refuse and asked me to speak to his senior and put ed me on hold i said fine i'll speak to ur senior but after 10 minutes of hold he disconnected my call...........
so i request you to complain against Reliance CDMA Recharge services and reliance comunicatio Because they did not intimated there customers before deduct our valuable hard Money...
i m very disappointed with there system
i want to upgrade my plan by paying additional charges
