My request for correction of bill is bieng postponed by customer care. I had given a request for termination on October 2, 2011. I got a mail from Customer care stating "Note: The rentals are not applicable during suspension period." and the connection was suspended on 8 Oct 2011. But rental was charged for days after 8 Oct 2011. Even after frequent requests to explain the reason for charging rental even after suspension, I have been told that my query has been forwarded to respective department and will be answered soon. But till date it hasn't been answered. Even the connection was not terminated even after repeated requests through mails(each time I was promised a deadline which was never met) until I wrote a mail to Nodal Officer. But the request for overbilling is not even attended by Nodal Officer(Complaint number : 164816856). Please help me with the correction of bill.
