I have purchased reliance data card in july2011. Not to mention that poor services of this data card i had to disconnect the service but despite of my complaints they didn't bother to listen. finally i stopped the payment as they were asking me to pay the bills for the non usage of the data card which is awful. And now i have received a legal notice which is insanity of reliance. i
used the card for one month and then all of sudden it stopped working then i had to bring it to the reliance and they asked me to send it for repair which i did but by the time it came back it was more than a month( they said it takes 7 days) , now what they expect that i will pay them when the data card was not working and it was not even with me.
moreover the poor customer service !!! you stand there like a idiot and they will not even look at you ; all the time busy in their chit chat.
i hope reliance is listening to me!!
