SIR,
THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST RELIANCE GSM SERVICES REGARDING THERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , IMPROPER DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM ACCOUNT.
COMPLAINT1: - - - - IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO C.C.E DUE TO HUZE TRAFFIC WHICH THEY ARE NOT MANAGING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. SO IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEM THEN THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP FORM RELIANCE WHICH CAUSES HUGE MENTAL TORCHES... & IRRITATION
COMPLAINT 2 : - - - - THEY DEDUCT UN EVEN BALANCE FROM THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROVIDING PROPER INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER.
COMPLAINT 3 : ------- THEY START ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE WITHOUT THE CHOICE OF THE CUSTOMER DUE TO WHICH THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT DEPENDING UPON THERE CHOICE. AND IF THE WANT'S THE REFUND THEN IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO RESOLVE THERE PROBLEM.
COMPLAINT 4 : - - - - THEY TAKE MORE THAN THE PROMISED TIME TO RESOLVE THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM AND IF THE FAULT IS FROM THERE SIDE THEN THEY WONT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER COMPENSATION TO THE CUSTOMER.
OVER ALL IT IS TOTALLY THERE WISH/RIGHT TO DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT SO I REQUEST THE COURT TO PLZ TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF THIS INDUSTRY IS ERY POOR.
HERE IS THE DETALIS OF MY PROBLEM :
1. I am triying to contact the CCE from last 3 days but till now unable to talk to any CCE,
last time i have to try nearly 10 days only after that i have been able to talk to the CCE.
It is not at all possble to talk to the CCE during the day hours... so the example of worst customer service.
2. last time also there was a wrong deduction from my account of phone No. 8287122496 of nearly Rs. 40 which was refunded after 2 weeks but they have promised that all there problems will be solved within 48 hours so why i have 2 wait for nearly 2 weeks... after complaining again and again...
the delay was from there side so why haven't i had been paid any compensation from your side....
3. I am also having another phone No. 9770013842 for which there was a deduction of Rs. 30 last month for which i had tried many times to contact the customer care but since it is roaming so i am unable to talk to CCE.... i talked to there CCE last month but till now no resolution is done....
This no. was switched off and stll some service got activated in this and due to which i have been charged... again this mistake is of them... so why sould i suffer.. ?

4. Today at 6 :00 pm again i am charged with Rs. 10 for my No. 9770013842 .. I am trying to contact the CCE on there complint No. 198 as well as *333 but unable to talk to the CCE.
5. On 21-oct. i have been charged rs. 10 for my No. 8287122496... again for any service which i haven't activated..

this is all about my problems so i request u to plz take an instant action against them and resolve my problem ,
i had a to suffered a lot due to there mistakes . I have been touched mentally psychologically very much due to which i have lost many things.
Plz it is my heartiest request to the court plz take the action fast
