My name is A.K Singh and my reliance CDMA number is 9395101513 which I have been using for more than 2 years now. Initially we were told that this CDMA phone had scheme in which we could talk to any reliance mobile number unlimitedly starting with two digits 93 and they would charge us nearly 550Rs including charges unless we talk to other mobile numbers which don't start with 93. Since a few months we are not receiving bills via mail and the bill charge they'd ask us to pay would be nearly 1000Rs. And when asked for the bill in the paper, they do not show the call details even while we have requested several times to give us the call details. This month again , I got the bill of Rs.930 but not via mail and even if they bring us the bill in some print out paper , they won't be showing us the call details. Please give me some suggestion.
