Dear Sir/Madam,
This is for your kind information that myself Raju Ghoshal a customer of CDMA Reliance Mobile Service (Mobile number - 7488286569) with a span of more than 1year is being seriously cheated by the unknown policy of the company.On Dec 6th Rs.376 was deducted from my account without any reason & as i contacted the customer service executive neither they answer me properly nor they gave me any kind of solutions but they confused me deliberately & put me on hold for a long time without receiving my call during forwarding to seniors with a good amount of call charge.
On december 6th at the time of 12:08p.m i received a message from reliance that my account balance has reached to a minimum of Rs.15.00.As i got shocked i called *225 for account balance confirmation.I received a message within no time (12:08 pm) that my account balance reached to a level of Rs.5.00.I got irritated & again called *225 & that time at 12:09 i got a message that my account balance is Rs.0.00.(I kept all the messages saved in my mobile).
Now within 1minute interval my account reached to a balance of Rs.15.00 to nil.
I called the customer service executive after recharging my account & to my utter surprise they told me like this.....
1) I have called a number on 5th december from 7:50 pm to 6th dec 12:08 am.
But that means if i called that 258 minutes,the deduction should be Rs.129.00 (50paisa/minute is my call charge).
Then they told me that sorry you called on 5th december from 7:50 pm to 6th dec 12:08 p.m.But that means if i called that time interval it was 16hrs 18 minutes at a stretch (978 minutes),the deduction should be Rs.489.00.then did they give me discount with deducting Rs.361.00 (because Rs.15 was deducted at morning within 1 minute).
2)Then i asked them for morning 15 rs deduction..But they failed to give me any explanation.
3) I told them to forward the call to higher authority but they put me on hold for two consecutive times for atleast more than 15minutes & without picking up the call & thus again deducting my balance as 50 paisa per 3 minutes is the call charge.
4) They failed to give me any explanation but ironically suggested me that consumer forum also can do nothing as the amount can not be give back.
My queries are as following to all concerned,
A) How a person can talk at a stretch for 978 minutes with a std call?
B) At that same time span i got two call from my friend....at 21:02 hrs & 23:50 hrs on 5th December.How can i receive that calls while in outgoing mode?
C) Again I have sent near about 15-20messages to my friend at that time span.Then how this be possible without cutting the call?
D) How the amount of Rs.15 deducted from my account within 1 minute?
E) if i called for 978 minutes then Rs. 489.00 should be deducted from my account at a rate of 50 paisa per minute but why then they deducted Rs.376.00?Is there any concession facility is going on with reliance also what we don't know.
As my end semester exam was going on so that even i can't concentrate on that & failed to contact you regarding this issue at that time.
My earnest request to all the concerned to look into the matter seriously & refund my money back as i am a student & unnecessary deduction of money from account is creating a serious trouble in my financial condition.
